The Xyntax® Post-secondary Education (XyntaxPSE™) module is an integrated, user-friendly, post-secondary database. Designed to assist First Nation Education Coordinators with the efficient management and administration of post-secondary education funding. XyntaxPSE helps coordinators manage, track, and report on post-secondary related expenditures. The use of XyntaxPSE software allows the First Nations to report on many areas over and above the regulatory requirements requested by DISC.
With Xyntax, you can streamline the process of administering post-secondary education assistance while documenting all activity related to a student’s financial assistance. Reduced data entry and proprietary integration with Xyntax means your organization and your clients to reap the maximum benefit of staff’s expertise.
XyntaxPSE allows authorized users to quickly check the status of a student’s application, and automatically update that status of the student based on decisions made within the system. A Status Log provides a chronological record of changes or activities by a student. Things like changes in applications, funding approvals, sponsorships are all recorded by XyntaxPSE. Even payment details are automatically kept and recorded by Xyntax. This saves time and ensures the full and accurate information is passed along.
First Nations Education Coordinators using XyntaxPSE module will have access to a broad range of easy-to-use, and integrated tools aimed at increasing educational capacity, all the while supporting First Nations students as they exit the educational system, and move into the workforce.
XyntaxPSE tracks and manages the entire Post-Secondary process. You can see student budgets (books, tuitions, supplies, etc.) and see payment information in real-time. Query available budget dollars, by the student, as post-secondary expenditures are approved, paid, and finalized.
Issue Payments Directly From XyntaxPSE
Integration with Xyntax® Accounts Payable means you can issue student and institutional payments directly from XyntaxPSE. Xyntax keeps historical records of invoice numbers, invoice dates, cheque numbers and cheque dates all automatically, so you never have to worry how much funding is still available to your students.
Pre-built or Custom Reports
Choose from several pre-built systems reports, or create your own custom, ad hoc type reports. Once you have the reports you want, with the information you want, you can save the reports for comparison, and the data will be updated as the information in the system changes.
