Once your team is ready, it is time to go live. Your customer support manager will be on hand to help you navigate challenges and overcome barriers so the implementation process runs smoothly.
While we are getting to know one another, our transition team is starting the process of transitioning your data, preparing your system and ensuring you're set up for success.
Once you are live and operational, it is time to develop your own workflow to integrate systems, processes and solutions across departments to take full advantage of INEXSUITE.
We know how challenging it can be to learn new systems and technologies, so we implement a training schedule immediately, to insure your team has the knowledge and confidence they need to go live.
We will continue to support you as you use INEXSUITE, checking in regularly and standing by in case you need us. Ongoing training, individual support and help desk solutions are just a click or phone call away.
