In XyntaxPY, all types of deductions are handled from loans, taxes, WCB, payroll advances, pension and other benefit programs. Create up to 10 deduction codes per employee in addition to regular CPP, EI and Federal Tax. Information can be collected and reported by Company, Department, Pay Category or Employee. Produce cheques, earning statements, or create direct deposits for electronic transfer and automatic e-mail notification to employees.

Print Cheques or create a Direct Deposit file to transfer funds directly into an employee’s bank account. Secure EFT direct deposit decreases paper handling and reduces the potential for cheque fraud. Employees’ earnings statements may be emailed to employees in a password-protected PDF format.
